• Due to the nature of our products (surprise breakfasts, fresh food, and personalized gifts), returns for withdrawal are not applicable once the order has been delivered, in accordance with Colombian law regarding perishable goods.

2. When a Return or Replacement Applies

You may request a return, replacement, or credit if:

• Damaged or defective product: if the product arrives in poor condition, deteriorated, or does not match your order.

• Incorrect order: if you receive an item different from the one requested.
